Dr Morris Nitsun is consultant psychologist in Camden and Islington NHS Trust, psychotherapist at the Fitzrovia Group Analytic Practice, Training Analyst at the Institute of Group Analysis, and Convenor, Diploma in Innovative Group Interventions, Anna Freud Clinic. His books The Anti-group: Destructive Forces in the Group and their Creative Potential (Routledge1996, classic edition 2015) and The Group as an Object of Desire (Routledge, 2006) have been described as 'classics in the field'. He has lectured and run workshops in countries across the world. He is also a practising artist who exhibits regularly in London.

Dr Gwen Adshead is a Forensic Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist. She trained at St George's hospital, the Institute of Psychiatry and the Institute of Group Analysis. She worked as a Consultant Forensic Psychotherapist at Broadmoor Hospital for over 15 years, where she ran psychotherapeutic groups for offenders, and worked with staff and organisational dynamics. Gwen also has a Masters' Degree in Medical Law and Ethics; and has a research interest in moral reasoning, and how this links with 'bad' behaviour. Gwen has published a number of books, papers, book chapters and commissioned articles on forensic psychotherapy, ethics in psychiatry, and attachment theory as applied to medicine and forensic psychiatry.

Dr Rex Haigh is an NHS Consultant Psychiatrist in Medical Psychotherapy. He has been fascinated by therapeutic communities since landing in one as a medical student; he has subsequently qualified in general practice, psychiatry, psychotherapy and group analysis. He is a past Chair of the Association of Therapeutic Communities, was Clinical Advisor for the National Personality Disorder Programme and a founding member of ‘Emergence’, the service user organisation for personality disorder. He set up the Royal College of Psychiatrists ‘Community of Communities’ quality network and now leads their “Enabling Environments” project.

Dr Earl Hopper is a psychoanalyst, group analyst and organisational consultant in private practice. He is a supervisor and training analyst for the Institute of Group Analysis, the British Association of Psychotherapists and the London Centre for Psychotherapy. An honorary tutor at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, and a member of the Post-Doctoral Program at Adelphi University, New York. Earl Hopper is a past President of the International Association of Group Psychotherapy and a past Chairman of The Group of Independent Psychoanalysts of The British Psychoanalytical Society.

Sue Einhorn is currently a Training Group Analyst at the IGA where she teaches and supervises. She has a private practice seeing people in groups, individually and as couples. She supervised groups at Freedom from Torture (Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture) (FfT) and was the Convenor for the IGA/OGRA Training in Group Analysis in St. Petersburg. Since 2011 she has supervised experienced Group Analysts in Norway and been elected on to the Management Committee of GASI where she is Chair of the Scientific Programmes Committee. She also teaches in Leeds, lectures abroad and participates as an interviewer for Connecting Conversations.

Dr Farhad Dalal is a psychotherapist and group analyst. Until recently he was an Associate Fellow at the University of Hertfordshire’s Business School. He works with organizations and also has a psychotherapy practice in Devon. He is the author of three books; Taking the Group Seriously in which he argues against individualism and for the relational nature of human life. In his second book Race, Colour and the Processes of Racialization he focuses on the causes of racism. His current book Thought Paralysis – The Virtues of Discrimination, is a critique of equality movements.

Dr Marina Mojovic currently lives and works in Belgrade as a psychiatrist, individual psychoanalytic psychotherapist, group analyst and organizational consultant in her private practice. She is a trainer in the Group Analytic Society-Belgrade and founder of its Section and Training for Psychodynamic Studies of Institutions, Organizations and Society; she is also a member of GAS-International, IGPA, EFPP, EAP, ISPSO and OPUS in which she is a national representative for Serbia and a Convener of the OPUS Listening Posts for Serbia. Special interest in social unconscious: exploration, writing and applying to society, thereby develops in Serbia the ‘reflective citizens’ project, studies on social dreaming, median and large groups.
