Transform your practice with Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
In-Person & Online – 5th & 6th March, LIVE from London!

Trauma and other life-changing events can absolutely devastate our clients' lives... and the lingering effects can be equally complex and overwhelming.

The resulting guilt, shame, anger, and hopelessness can leave a person feeling shattered and filled with inner conflict.

It' like they’re trapped in a cycle… they can't recognise their own behaviour, and they’re unable to understand why. It’s as if a part of them continues to fight a battle that’s already taken place, forcing them to relive their traumatic pain over and over again.

When someone who’s suffering from these effects comes to you for help, you need a practice-proven and all-encompassing approach that can guide them toward healing and recovery.

That approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.

IFS Therapy has been hailed as "the treatment method that all clinicians should know to treat clients effectively" by Dr Bessel van der Kolk, author of the New York Times best-seller ‘The Body Keeps the Score’.

And on the 5th and 6th of March, you can join IFS Assistant Trainer & Approved Clinical Consultant Alessio Rizzo, MA, MSc, for a 2-day in-person and online workshop on how to integrate the IFS Therapy approach into your practice!

Whether you're completely new to IFS Therapy or a Level 1 practitioner, you'll walk away with practical insights, strategies, and interventions you can immediately use to effectively treat trauma and a range of other conditions using the IFS model.

Can't join us live? No problem - when you register now you'll also get unlimited access to the post-workshop recording to review at the time and place that suits you.

Plus, as a special bonus, we’re including senior IFS Lead Trainer Cece Sykes LCSW’s workshop on using IFS Therapy to treat trauma and addictive processes... absolutely FREE with your registration.

Become the IFS-informed therapist that clients know they can rely on no matter their unique circumstances and challenges.

  • Understand the key concepts and principles of IFS Therapy: Explore the IFS model of parts work, how parts interact with each other, and the importance of creating a safe and compassionate therapeutic environment.
  • Know how to apply IFS Therapy in your professional practice: Identify, access and work with your clients' different parts - including protective parts, wounded parts, and the Self, in order to promote healing and integration.
  • Develop skills for self-exploration and self-reflection in yourself and your clients: Utilise IFS techniques to explore your own internal system and gain insight into your own patterns of behaviour and emotions.
  • Work effectively with trauma and other challenging issues: Use IFS-informed strategies to work with trauma and other challenging issues, including addiction, eating disorders, and anxiety.
  • Conceptualise gender and neurodivergent “identities” from an IFS perspective: View all identities through the IFS model so you can create a more inclusive, understanding and non-pathologising practice.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy: The Revolutionary Paradigm-Shift for Effective Trauma Treatment

Alessio and his team will guide you step-by-step through the practice-proven IFS approach. They’ll equip you with the insights and interventions you need for outstanding clinical outcomes with your trauma clients. You’ll take a deep dive into the heart of the IFS model, including:

  • The different roles our client’s “parts” play and how we can work with them for deep healing and transformation
  • The central importance of “The Self” and how clients can access this inextinguishable source of power for self-empowerment
  • The magic of “unblending” and how it can lead to rapid and long-lasting relief for trauma clients
  • The “6 F’s” of IFS Therapy that thousands of IFS clinicians have successfully used to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes

Through experiential exercises, group Q&As, in-depth meditations, staff-led demonstrations and more... you’ll embrace the principles of the multiplicity of mind, systemic and complex thinking, and the trust in the Self and our “inner wisdom” that will inform and improve all your future work with trauma clients.

Usually £199.00, yours FREE with registration

Addiction is universal - no matter our level of trauma, we all have compulsions that we rely on to self-soothe and fill the void.

This comprehensive 1-day workshop on treating trauma and addictive processes using the IFS model is the perfect companion to accompany Alessio’s content.

You will learn directly from world-renowned senior IFS lead trainer Cece Sykes, LCSW, exactly how IFS Therapy can be used by itself or in conjunction with your existing modalities to:

  • Treat trauma and addiction in your clients without referring them to a specialist or programme
  • Help clients work with their parts so they can safely address any underlying trauma and emotional pain
  • View addictive processes through the lens of IFS to empower rather than stigmatise your clients
  • Create a collaborative environment in which clients play an active part in their own healing and which encourages self-compassion and autonomy
  • And so much more!

You'll gain a fresh, compassionate perspective on addictive processes as viewed through the lens of trauma and discover the core concepts, skills, tools and safe interventions you need to show your clients how their parts can be enlisted for healing rather than survival...

…so you can guide them towards a future filled with autonomy, growth and connection with self and others.
