Skills Session 2 – Attachment-Focused EMDR Preparation
Discover the step-by-step process you need to effectively install the Four Foundational Resources used in AF-EMDR, such as the ideal mother. Dr Parnell will show you how to assess your client's readiness for EMDR, so you know exactly when they are ready to begin processing sessions.
Skills Session 3 – Attachment-Focused EMDR Desensitisation
Dr Parnell will give you her AF-EMDR practice-proven techniques to use during the desensitisation phase of EMDR processing. You will discover the do’s and don'ts of processing including distancing techniques for high SUDS sessions, when to return to the target and when to keep processing, and suggestions for session closure.
Skills Session 4 – Case Conceptualisation and Target Development
