Lara Just

Lara Just is a psychotherapist (UKCP Acc) and founding director of ADADSU (Advance-Adapt-Succeed) and The Walking Therapist, which offers Walk & Talk therapy sessions in different locations and online (phone and walk, or video and talk). She has a special interest in working with people that have experienced challenging family dynamics, including growing up with a caregiver with borderline or narcissistic traits and personality disorders. Lara works online as well as outdoors, finding ways to bring nature into the online way of working.
